Payment & Refund Policy

This Payment & Refund Policy applies to all services and purchases made via esmercustdesign.com, operated by Esmeralda's Custom Design at 48 Warren Rd, Framingham, MA 01702-6347, USA. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and ACH transfers. All transactions are securely processed in accordance with U.S. regulations regarding consumer data and payment processing.

Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation. Custom orders will not proceed to production until payment is successfully completed and verified.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your order details, including product specifications, pricing, and estimated delivery timelines. Please review the order carefully and notify us within 24 hours if any changes are needed. No changes can be made once production begins.

Production & Delivery

All custom clothing and accessories are made-to-order. Production times vary depending on the complexity of the design but typically range between 7–21 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your item is dispatched. Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that production has not yet begun. To cancel, please email louistownsend@esmercustdesign.com or call us directly at (508) 628-5493. After 24 hours or once production has started, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, **all sales are final** once production begins. We do not offer refunds for custom items unless:

  • The item was received with a manufacturing defect
  • The item was significantly different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong size, fabric, or design)

In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a clear description of the issue. If approved, we will offer a free remake or refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Refundable Items
  • Custom garments and accessories created to customer specifications
  • Orders where incorrect information (measurements, text, or artwork) was provided by the customer
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care after delivery
Alterations & Fixes

If your custom piece doesn’t fit as expected due to minor issues, we may offer a one-time adjustment or alteration, either remotely or in-house, depending on the situation. Additional fees may apply for significant alterations outside the scope of the original design.
